We recognize that therapy is not a one size fits all and everyone’s experience is unique. When exploring your areas of focus and need, we begin with understanding your worldview and how you understand your current experience.
We spend time establishing rapport, trust and your values in the first few sessions. Once you feel safe and ready, we can collaborate on interventions or counselling modalities that meet your current needs.

Session Duration and Service Fees
We offer a free 20 min consultation to explore your needs in sessions and if you feel we would be a good fit before we begin.
In this consultation, we can answer any questions you may have about the counselling process.
Each 50 min session is $140.00
